Refund Policy

SideAI offers a 7-day money-back refund policy for premium purchases.
Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial premium purchase if SideAI does not meet your needs, does not work as expected after reasonable troubleshooting, or you purchased the wrong plan by mistake.
How to request a refund
Email support@sideai.app with:
- The email address used for purchase.
- The plan purchased.
- The purchase date or receipt ID if available.
- A short description of the issue or reason for the refund.
We may ask for additional information to locate the payment or verify the purchase.
Processing time
Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider as soon as reasonably possible. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Recurring plans
If you cancel a monthly or yearly plan, you will keep access until the end of the current billing period unless a refund is approved. Canceling prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges outside this policy.
Lifetime plan
Lifetime purchases are also eligible for the same 7-day refund window. After the refund window, lifetime purchases are generally final unless required by law.
Abuse
We may decline refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, repeated, or outside the 7-day refund window, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
